● Works with gala board committees, executive directors, director of sponsorships to produce all event, video, marketing, and media content that aligns to the organization’s fundraising and attendance goals.

● Creates video production timelines, creative outlines, and video treatments for event show content.

● Coordinates video shoots and interviews and worked directly with editor to produce final show content for event.

● Oversees and manages all aspects of event production, logistics, and vendor management through the full event lifecycle; planning, onsite, and post.

● Hires and manages logistics for crew, talent, vendors, and equipment -- load-in, show, and load-out.

● Manages other coordinators and volunteers to assist on production and execution duties onsite.

● Creates and manages event production schedule and works with board committee to maintain and track budget for overall event.

● Coordinates with Clients and other Producers from idea to exhibition on high-profile, client facing projects and events across multiple industries.

This includes research, presentation building, scheduling, travel accommodations, budgets, project management support, assistant stage management and managing production offices onsite.

● Builds and maintains relationships with various third party vendors and independent contractors.

● Supports clients with managing tasks, scheduling, and budgeting

● Coordinates finding, booking, and directing talent in multiple cities.

● Books crew talent travel and accommodations

● Provides various administrative support before, during, and after event days.

This includes planning & managing schedules, load in, set up, load out, & shipping.
